Just signed up for Zoom phone. I can't seem to locate the dashboard that has the dial pad, voice mail, etc. I tried calling my new number just to see what would happen and there was no ring. Any suggestions?
This sometimes will happen to us once we licenses someone for Zoom phone, we usually have the user sign out then sign back in once the sign back in the Zoom Phone icon will appear at the top of the Zoom app, or bottom depending on the zoom app window size or if you are on a mobile device.
As Jimmy said, signing out of the app and then back in again should show the Phone tab in the app. Make sure though in the Zoom Portal that you've gone through the steps in the Zoom Phone Admin Setup, and have assigned the number to your User account. The link below gives you all the steps for initial setup.
