Placing callers on Hold

Hello everyone first time post here,  I was wondering if anybody experiencing the same issue we are having using zoom on a desk phone ( Soundpoint 550 Polycom and others) Anytime you are on a call and another person calls, you can not place them on hold to answer the other call without  hanging up on  previous call. On the app though it easy to press hold talk to other line and go on. Previous provided allowed for 4 calls per line, now it feels like its one call only.

Any help greatly appreciated

@fdoukakis You should have 3 concurrent calls on deskphones

Correct Sachin, calls do come in but when you are on a call and a new call comes in , you want to answer it . Initial step is to place on hold original call   talk to new one and then go back to original call. This one let us do that

It's always good to call a person on the landline or a cell phone
