Meeting participants did not receive a confirmation mail upon registration

Hi all, 

 

My meeting has a registration link which when clicked on says ‘Meeting Registration Approved’, but it doesn’t send a confirmation mail or shows them as registered participants. Please help.

Thank you for your post here on the Zoom Community!

 

  • Is the email setting for sending confirmation mail to registrants checked ? --> check screen shot 1
  • Under Registration section, do you see registrants count ? you can as well view their email  --> check screenshot 2
  • Are you automatically / manually approving registrations ?  If manual approval then you need to approve first for them to get confirmation mail  --> See screenshot 3 & 4

You can also resend confirmation mail or cancel registration for registrants --> see screenshot 5
