Calls directing to users primary phone number to be forwarded to mobile phone. I added the mobile phone # to user but can't find a way to forward.

If the user wants to just answer the calls on a recent iPhone or Android, they can do so with the Zoom app on their mobile phone.
The user or you (as an administrator) can also add their mobile phone number into the Call Handling settings on the Zoom web portals at zoom.us/profile.

@Craig. this is not what the user is asking, and I've seen your exact same response on other similar questions. The user, and me, are asking how to forward calls to an external cell phone. My experience is that it is very inconsistent when forwarding calls not answered on my Zoom desktop app to my cell phone.
Many people don't want to use the zoom app on their phones.

It is possible to set the Phone > Settings Call Handling to an External Number or an External Contact which could be your cell phone number.
If you want, you can alternatively or additionally set the When I'm Busy on Another Call and When A Call is Not Answered to similarly.

If you have already tried this and it hasn't worked as well as you expected, then I would recommend that you contact Zoom Support.
