We can't make outbound calls this morning, internally or externally - and external calls can't reach the auto-attend.
Desktop, mobile and Poly deskphones all affected. We're getting ewrrors on outbound calls that users have reached a maximum number of concurrent calls. We've tried signing out of all devices, unplugging the Poly deskphones and no success.
It then raises the question how I raise a critical error on the support pages, I can't foind where to quickly raise a ticket...

Sorry for all the typos, I was hurrying back to the car and typing while I walked.
The concurrent calls error, I presume there is a maximum number of calls per user as opposed to site or account, it can only be that way - right? I ask becuase I've just successfully made a call, and then the next three failed with the same 'exceeded the maximum concurrent calls' error - all using the desktop app.

we're experiencing the same issues
Calls from customers are going to our call queue but aren't being presented for the users to pick up
Also getting messages about reaching the maximum concurrent calls

I've logged a support ticket with Zoom for the same issue we can dial out and no calls are coming in. They responded with the following.
There seems to be an ongoing issue affecting Sip Calls, mostly outgoing. Our Engineers are currently checking on the issue and we will provide another update on this.

I received an email saying that "A subset of users from Europe are unable to make inbound or outbound calls via Zoom Phone."
