No video no audio

Hi.Yesterday, my friend, who was hosting a Zoom call, could not hear or see me. I could hear and see her perfectly. She'd just started using the latest version of Zoom. Could that have been the issue?

interference as host on screen

on hosting as host there was interference which flashed and went green. All others online were fine so I had to turn audio off and just speak. I tried to reboot but had the same problem.
