Unable to open Settings from https://zoom.us/profile/setting

As simple as this: 

I've been trying to change some account settings, but every time I try to enter https://zoom.us/profile/setting I get a message back stating: "System error please try again later. (2)"

 

This was workign a couple of days ago....is down for the last 24 hours.

 

Any idea? support? help!

This is an odd thing indeed! I have no issues getting to account settings  using that direct URL or navigating via the menus, and haven’t seen any other posts here about that, so I think there might be something unusual about your account specifically.

 

Most of us are volunteers here in the Zoom Community and don’t have access to account information or ability to make changes to accounts if we find anything. A Support Ticket to Zoom Staff is your best option, I think.

Thanks a lot Ray. 
I’ve tried with at least other 4 accounts as friends at work are also Zoom users. 
same issue on each one of them (including a couple of folks outside the USA)

Thanks for letting us know, @luiscrosales! Occasionally something like this is indeed more widespread, but we don’t see many reports of it here. I appreciate your posting here. Please update this post if you find out any cause or fix for the the issue so we can pass it along!

 

The Support Ticket is the best route for your other contacts with the Issue, as well. It helps troubleshooting on the Zoom back end if they have multiple affected accounts to look at.
