Subscription not given also after payment from google play

I purchased a subscription for Zoom One Pro (Annual) (Zoom - One Platform to Connect) through Google Play on 29th January 2023, whose details are as follows:
  • Transaction ID:  GPA.3339-3583-0721-71356
  • The dates of the transactions: 29th January 2023
  • Payment amount and currency: INR 4390
But, after this transaction, I did not receive my service till date. So, I am facing a huge loss due to this, a huge problem in my work also.
What should I do now?

I see that you have two billing tickets created about this issue, and they have both accurately recommended reaching out to Google Play directly as they received your payment. 

 

I'm assuming you have downloaded the mobile app already (guidance found here). See also Getting started with Android
