Cloud recording for OnZoom webinars


I see there is cloud recording for *OnZoom* webinars, but I don't see the recording in my 'cloud recordings' tab.


The webinar was a 'test event'. is this why there was no recording?

Hey @michael_r, check out our KB on 'Managing OnZoom recordings for Hosts'. To see a list of all of your recordings:

  1. Sign in to OnZoom.
  2. In the top-right corner, click Manage.
  3. In the navigation menu, click Recordings.

I do see the recordings link, and there are no recordings. The message says cloud recording needs to be enabled in the ticket process but I don't see that option when creating an OnZoom webinar.


Also, i have cloud recordings in my zoom account, and have enabled them automatically.


it's curious - any ideas?  Thx, Michael


I have the same question. I was frustrated to start my webinar and see there was not option to record it and I did not see any option when setting up the webinar.
