Can the attendees from China be affected when they attend the Zoom room I host?

I am a Chinese in China, I has my Zoom account for two years, I am able to open and host a Zoom room. But as some of you may know, policy in China changed sort of like  last year , Chinese citizens can not registered and sign in Zoom room any more. Since I use the VPN, so I still can use my old Zoom account to open and host Zoom room.

Now my question is, after my current Zoom basic account is upgraded to Pro account,can the availability of Chinese attendees be affected due to the policy ? Can the meeting be run smoothly? Help!
