zoom sound issue - voice is squeaky like Mickey Mouse

Ive tested my mic on an independent device and that works fine

The music and my voice are sped up and squeaky
how can I report this or fix this
Its been working fine for 3 years until today

Tips to troubleshoot audio issues
Check if the microphone, speakers, or headphones are plugged in and not muted.
