Hi @Leyla1, Zoom recognizes the camera through your operating itself. If on Mac or Windows, recommend opening the local camera application to see if your camera is recognizable. Also, is your camera integrated into your PC/Laptop or is it a USB Camera? Depending on the camera, suggest also going to the camera's support to see if there are any drivers or additional software to control your camera. You also have the ability to Test your video.
