watch recordings

after i updated my zoom, i couldnt watch any recordings.

it just shows me to put password and after i put the password its just refreshing and shows me the same screen.

please help.

Hey @alon, where are you accessing your recordings from? Whether it be a local or cloud recording? If locally recorded, you can find that recording in your Zoom desktop client, under 'meetings' > 'recorded' and you will see the locally recorded videos from there.

 

Or you can also go to zoom.us/recording to see all cloud recordings if available or the path for local recordings.
