video freezing consistently

My view of the other party during meetings has been freezing consistently every 30-60 seconds. If I switch to gallery view and then back to full screen, it resolves briefly but then freezes again. The other party can see me consistently without freezing on their end. This happens regardless of my internet connection strength. Does anyone recommend removing the Zoom software, and re-installing it? What else might help with this glitch? Thank you!

Yes, I'm definitely having this problem.  I basically can't use zoom right now.
