unable to join a meeting because of an invalid ID#


I recently purchased a subscription for my Book Club.  I set up a meeting as I have in the past, copied and sent the invitation to our members.  When they tried to log into the meeting, they received a notice of an invalid ID#.  What is wrong? Below is the invitation to our upcoming meeting which didn't work when I did a trial run.  It looks the same as the invitations when I had a free subscription.

Hello @jshk3 - To clarify, the invalid meeting error still shows up even when the Meeting ID + Passcode are entered manually?

When the guest clicks on the link the invalid ID# message pops immediately without an opportunity to enter the ID or passcode.  When I had the free version, guests just clicked on the link and were immediately sent to the meeting.  I don't know what's different with the subscription version.


I don't know what has happened, but now the link is working correctly.......WEIRD!!!
