turn off speaker during hybrid meeting

A typical hybrid meeting  will have some peopel in a room (let's say 10 people) and other in a virtual meeting (let's say 20 people in a zoom meeting).

To let the people in the room hear what the people in the virtual meeting are talking, there must be speakers connected to the computer with the zoom  meeting.

When any one in the room tries to use a mic or a cellphone to talk, feedback (or at least reverberation) occurs.

Ideal would be that when a mic of a specific cellphone was turned on (so one can talk on that cellphone), the audio output in the computer turns off and vice-versa.

Is there something like this?

Thanks.
