time on zoom


I have had a zoom account that I pay for monthly for over a year.  All of a sudden when I set up a zoom meeting the appointment says it's only good for 1 hour.  Where do I go to confirm I'm getting more than an hour?  Thank you




I always advise my end-users to firt check if they are logged into their Zoom account.  

Is there a number to call to discuss my account with at Zoom?  


There is no phone number for support.   If you go to and start a Chat session, you can use that tool to work with support.  My way around all the bot questions is to type "Support Please."  You will be asked if you want support by chat, or open a ticket.
