while sharing the ppt through screen sharing, slide is not changing for viewers.. meeting recording shows the same

Just had this happen with a colleague last week and tested today.  He somehow had  2 versions of the same show open in PowerPoint, a protected version, and a full screen version where the slides were advancing.  Not sure how he did it, closing one and/or making sure he selected the right one did fix it.  I still don't know if it was an error with Zoom, the PC, or operator error.
