recording on a different computer, the recording was stopped after a few minutes


I tried to record a meeting on my work computer (PC) rather than my usual home computer (mac).  I was told there was not enough (memory?) and the recording was stopped after a few minutes. It told me to change something in settings but since I was in the meeting I was not able to address this and the msg went away.

Hey @deliatramontina, you can look into the Troubleshooting local recordings KB article, which you may be experiencing low disk space? 

  • You may have low "disk space" on your computer at that time. [Error Code 614]
  • Check your "Disk space" and try and free up some space if it is low.

And if you could share a screenshot of the error prompt therefore I can further look into this for you if non-disk space-related 🙂

how can i attach the pics I took to the error msg? It tried to change the location of the recording but it would not allow me to do that.
