no zoom recording

Zoom meetings are recorded to the cloud.   I get an email that the recording is ready.  The link participants are sent doesn't work.  The link is from an email from Zoom. 

For example:


Your cloud recording is now available.

pflott-I would check to see if the recording is actually in your account; if it is a personal account then sign in with your email address and password at https://zoom.us or the official landing page of your organization's Zoom account.  Then check the recordings link on the left to see if the recording is there.  When I click on the link, it says the recording does not exist.  let me know what you find out.

pflott-I almost forgot to add that you can check the recordings area trash to see if for some reason it got deleted; you can recover the recording back to the Recordings area and then check the link again.  If the recording is recovered but the email link doesn't work, you can click on the Share button on the right side of the Recordings page for the recording and obtain the link to share there.
