Hello. I want to tell the problem that I got. after i record a meeting, the result is not in my zoom folder. I've been waiting even 3 more days but the video still doesn't appear. the video has been converted but i cant find the results anywhere. please give me the video. the video is very important for my school assignment. thanks

Sorry for the delay in responding.  While it is likely that you have had to move past this issue already, I wanted to let you know that the recording would only be available locally if you record it locally, there would be no copy of it in the cloud.  If this occurs again, you should look for a "Zoom" folder in your documents folder, and find a sub-folder that starts with the date the recording was made.  Any recording files would be located in there.
