chat went to wrong person when two people signed in on same account

For ever we've been signing into the same account, renaming ourselves and being able to chat from our own names.  As of yesterday, that didn't work and all of the chats just went to one person.  Do we need to not sign into the same account (ugh).

I am experiencing the same issue, was there an update that caused this? Is there a workaround available?

@Director-CTJ I think we have found a workaround for this - we have disabled the setting "New meeting chat experience" and this has reverted to the old behavior which does not group the chats.

 

It would be nice if this setting worked such that each login is distinct.
