Zoom and Jabra Pro 9460
I give classes online through Zoom and use a Jabra Pro 9460 headset for that.
Since the update this morning, Zoom closes and my host role is transferred to a participant as soon as I put my Jabra Pro 9460 headset in the charging station during a break.
I used to have this phenomenon but it could then be prevented.
How can I prevent / disable this?
are you on zoom's latest client such as zoom windows client 5.12.8 (10232)? if not, maybe installing the latest client version will fix the issue.
does putting the headset in the charging station automatically disconnect your jabra headset on zoom client?
i could not find the jabra pro 9460 on zoom's certified usb hid devices.
i could not find any information on jabra's website for the pro 9640.
