Zoom not responding when I create breakout rooms and try to enter

I open breakout rooms frequently in zoom sessions at various times throughout the day. When I open up a breakout room and try to enter it, my zoom just stops responding. And I get stuck in this black screen on the zoom client. And the only way that I can re-enter a zoom call after this happens is if I restart my computer. Does anyone else have this problem? And is there a way I can fix this?

I don't have this problem. I'm sorry but I don't know what's wrong.
