Zoom calls not syncing In salesforce



I am a salesforce developer and my client uses zoom integration with salesforce which was implemented by another developer. Now the issue here is that the fields in salesforce are not being updated after the zoom call ends. I am not sure how this is configured for zoom calls.  Is it some config issue ??  Could someone help me understand the process in salesforce after the zoom call ends?

Hi @Gupta_Sahil123 thank you for your post here on the Zoom Community! You may have seen this information already but just in case, here is the link to our Marketplace where we have information on the Zoom for Salesforce App. This is the app built by Zoom that includes support for Zoom Phone


There is an overview, information on the permissions and scoping, and also Developer Resources with documentation.
