Zoom IQ

I have been trying to find support for Zoom IQ for days. Live Chat doesn't have access to the product and they transfer me to sales and then back again. Kind of a last gasp here. Anyone know where I can get a Zoom IQ Admin User Guide or how to access support teams trained on this product? Thanks!

 

"I might have to consult this with my teammates, as we do not have access to Zoom IQ, at least on my end. I know you deserve an immediate resolution on this, but I really need to further check on this. Would it be okay if I get back to you through email?"

Hi Jim - I feel your pain! I spent just about 2 weeks trying to gain access as an admin to be able to understand how to tool works to then train my team. My last ditch was to submit an email support ticket and that ended up providing more answers, although it took a few days to get a response. It's unfortunate that they don't have videos or other training beyond multiple KB articles, which doesn't help when the admin is struggling. I'm happy to share more info if you lmk how far you've gotten and therefore I'll know what steps you'd need to do next.

Thank you - Yes, as a small business, I am the IT person, so learning how to get more out of our solutions falls on me. The best analogy I have thought of about the support pages is that it is like all the instructions to build a house and yet in no certain order. I wasted a couple hours over a number of days looking into Deals in Zoom IQ before I was told Deals won't work until you integrate with the CRM. My initial goal here is less on the deals and scoring but on being able to monitor the teams basic items, talking, listening, and now trying to build out keywords to track as indicators and then it seems logical to me to go on to playbooks from there. I have always found the best way to get adoption and utilization of new solutions is to take a gradual approach where you keep building on it. I mean there has to be a best practices book somewhere that the Zoom PS folks would deploy it themselves for larger accounts. For teams for example, I have their full 3,000 Teams Admin guide and I can find anything I want in there from channels to Teams Phone. Their phone is harder, but the full admin guide is fantastic. I will take anything you can share about indicators, deals, playbooks, and onboarding materials maybe Zoom shared with you as I didn't receive anything and it is taking me almost a month now to get a Zoom IQ specialist on a call, hopefully next week. Thanks!

The YouTube link was very useful. How long does it typically take for the summary of a one-hour meeting to appear in the client? Are we able to record the meeting as a back up? I recorded the meeting today and wonder if that is why my summary is not showing up.
