Hello users and team,

 

Recently I am facing Error code 3160 when I try to login with Google Chrome Zoom App. It started to appear in the last two weeks, with all meetings. It is coming after I typed password of meeting and prevents me being in waiting room.

I can have workaround on another device but I would prefer the Chrome App to operate again because it was the only reliable solution in my workplace setting.

I'm not seeing that error frequently; I have a theory that the error has to due with the depreciation of the Chrome App as the PWA is meant to replace it. Please try the PWA and see if that assists at all. Thank you.

Yes, thank you, it works for me.

That solution does not work as the PWA app give you a white page only!

I've been having this same problem as well today.  Up till now I have been able to log in to my zoom meetings with no problem at all and today I have been getting the error code 3160. I have restarted my laptop, updated it, basically tried everything. I'm not sure how to fix this, it's very frustrating.

I started getting that error yesterday on my chromebook. Waiting to hear back from my university IT and Zoom ticket.
