Why weren't guests recorded?

Hi, I conducted a virtual online renewal of vows ceremony today and pinned myself and the couple so our two video boxes would remain front and center, with guests at the top.

 

However, upon seeing the recording I was shocked to see it only showed me and the couple, but not the guests.

 

During a previous ceremony, Zoom recorded the guests video, but not their audio. This time it recorded neither (and I didn't change any settings).

Any advice on how I can get guests recorded after pinning the two main videos? I feel so bad for the couple.

Hi @virtualminister, I'm so sorry this happened to you! The recording layout follows the video layout of the participant or host that started the recording.
