Why did the attendees all enter the meeting with the host's name?

Hi all,

We held an online seminar with almost 100 attendees, almost every person who joined the meeting was listed as Janet Donelly which is the name of the person listed on the account that was hosting the event. I believe that those who weren't must have already been logged into their zoom account when they clicked the link.

The details:

We had our attendees register using Eventbrite and we then shared the zoom link via an eventbrite email and on the online event page.  These were the only 2 ways the link was accessed.

People didn't need to log into zoom to join the meeting

*Name is fake for privacy reasons.

Any ideas would be great as we are hoping to make sure it doesn't happen again

Commonly when this happens it's due to everybody receiving the same join link URL.
