Why couldn't I see a screen shared by a participant?


I was hosting a meeting with 6 participants. When I shared my screen, all the others could see it. All the other participants could each share their screen and everybody EXCEPT ME could see it. I tried two different servers - Firefox and Chrome - and various screen views - no difference. Any ideas how to fix this problem?

Hi, @rivkahw 

Maybe you are doing "Multiple participants share screen simultaneously" and you use single monitor?

If so, you will not be able to see others' shared screens while you are sharing your screen.

I would recommend using dual monitors.

Unfortunately, I have no experience with such a situation, so I do not know how to fix it.
