Why are My Participants not able to join my scheduled meeting


It is more than a month now that my participants ar not able to join my meeting with the link I provided them.  Is there something wrong I did with my Meeting Settings?

I'm sorry to hear that your participants have been experiencing difficulties joining your meetings using the provided link for over a month. There are a few things I would check: 


  1. Ensure that the meeting link you've shared with participants is correct and hasn't changed. You can view your meeting link at Select the meeting in question and then scroll until you see the invite link. Resend the link if necessary.
  2. If the issue persists, you might want to try creating a new meeting to see if the problem persists with a fresh link.
