I am looking for this answer as well. Do both work or just the first one?

In case someone out there is still wondering why there are two passcodes:

The first passcode is the meeting passcode when joining meetings via the Zoom client on desktop, web, or mobile.

The second passcode is for dial-in participants. Since when dialing in they cannot input any words, it is translated by the system into numbers.
