Waiting room - enabled randomly

Waiting room has been turned off in the settings for months but it is randomly turned on in some meetings.  Has anyone else seen this?

Are you occasionally using your Personal Meeting Room or an older, previously scheduled meeting? If you disabled Waiting Rooms in your Settings, that has no effect on already scheduled meetings and your Personal Room. I'd suggest checking your Personal Room settings (Meetings page > Personal Room tab > edit) to ensure WR is disabled there as well.

Same thing for me but worse. Everyone starts in the waiting room, all the time, even though I have the option OFF.  Annoying.  Zoom is a terrible application and the support does not exist.

I've never seen anyone from Zoom step in here to answer a question. What a blackhole.

Today we experienced the same behavior, some already scheduled meetings started to send people to the waiting room, especially recurrent meetings. Any idea why this is happening?
