Video recording missing from Basic Plan

I am missing a recording. I was using the Basic Plan to trial out the paid business plan, therefore this was a local recording because cloud recordings are not enabled on Basic.

I recorded two meetings, the first one worked, the second one did not work however I did not do anything differently. I have used the chat function and checked various help guides including checking recordings and previous meetings. 

 

I definitely pressed recording, the meeting did cut off after 40 mins and I did not get the chance to hit end recording. Could it be that I missed the pop up after the recording and did not take the chance to save the recording when it popped up? The other meeting participant was also logged in on two devices but I don't think that makes a difference?
