Hi, just noticed video is jumping.

Perfectly fine before, only thing different is I have updated windows to 10 recently not sure if related.

Any suggestions to stop it? Thanks

I had this too and someone helped me. Go to the stop-start video icon, click on the up arrow.  Click on 'video settings' and a new window will open. Click on 'Advanced' and another window will open. Untick/uncheck the box next to the setting for 'Optimise video quality with de-noise'. that's it. Close the window and your video stream will be fixed. Thanks to Thom R. for helping me with this last weekend!

Hi Aline8

Thanks for responding. I cannot see the stop start video icon?

Do you mean when you join a meeting and you start video?

Wow! It worked:))

Thank you so much.

For me, turning off hardware acceleration for receiving video fixed the jumpiness (aka max headroom effect) that was on everyone's incoming video. This option is in the same advanced settings window for the video.
