VCAD 2109 Issues with certain devices

We noticed that ever since we went to CVAD 2109 for our VDA's certain devices do not show up correctly in Citrix and Zoom. 

They work fine in the same environment in Teams though.

Before we updated to 2109 the same devices were seen correctly in Zoom and Teams. 

Anyone else notice this or have seen this? We tried updating zoom also the plugin on user devices and nothing changed. 

 

Basically, just show Citrix HDX Audio in Zoom but in teams it shows the correct device name and works better as well.

Hey @dlopez9, my apologies for the delay in getting a response to you on this. You may try this, the version of the Citrix VDA that you have installed may be enabling the virtual channel to allow list settings. Try creating a policy to disable it again.
