Updating Zoom

When connecting to Zoom, the app tells me I need to connect via website because I need to update my app. The website tells me I need to connect on the app to update. This is just a circle where nothing can be accomplish... How to I update my app when I'm not able to log in the app?

Steps to download the newest Zoom changes
Sign in to Zoom desktop client.
Click your profile picture then click Check for Updates. If there is a newer version, Zoom will download and install it.

When I click the profile picture, there is no option to check for updates.
