Unlinking zoom account


I am trying to unlink my account from my partners. They are the account owner and I am admin. 

When I go into user management there is no way to unlink or even change my role from admin to member. 


Any ideas what I can do? Do they need to go in as owner? I figured as admin I would be able to do it myself.

Account Admins cannot leave or be deleted from an account while they are still Admins. Also, by default only the Owner has the access to promote or demote users to/from the Admin role. 

You would need to have the owner demote you from the admin role, then you will be able to disassociate from their account.  Alternatively, you can also create a new account with a separate email address, if that works better.
