Unable to retrieve the report

Hello,

I am unable to retrieve the report on the meetings that took place in February 2023. Can you help me? I would like to point out that there was an account association on 1 March (perhaps we should not have done this) and that I can see the meetings that took place (in the meeting tab) in February. Thank you very much.

How do access reports for your account
Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
In the navigation menu, do one of the following: If you are an account owner, admin, or have a role with access to Usage Reports, click Account Management then Reports
Click the type of report that you would like to pull.
