Same problem playing from cloud here on Windows desktop, and have friends with similar on iPad. As shown in the OP screenshot can see title and download the files, but no way to see or play video.
Has magically started to play again now 24 hours later. I assume this was an issue with the Zoom servers , they have been rolling out new software versions. It would be great if we have a way to report bugs like this to Zoom rather than just talk to each other. Anyway I hope it is working now for the rest of you.
