Unable to join a meeting


It was just fine a week ago, but I can't join any new meeting link and I am missing on a lot of important live classes because of it. Please let me know what to do and next steps if it doesn't work.

I'm sorry that you're experiencing issues with logging into meetings- i'm sure that is frustrating. Have you tried completely uninstalling the Zoom app, rebooting your device (very important), and then reinstalling the latest version?


A simple uninstall/reboot/reinstall usually does it!

Have you heard of Zoom AI Companion?

I tried uninstalling then reinstalling the app with my updates up to date on my laptop, but it still doesn't seem to work.

And for some reason, it is only not working on new meets. what I mean by that is that my teacher created a new meet recently since she forgot to post a meet beforehand, but it's not working, whereas I had a different class with the meet pre-posted from the beginning of the school year, and that works just fine. not really sure what is going on.
