We purchased a second zoom subscription for Zoom Pro. The account number is 7002899287. The main user is meetingrmlaptop. When we try to schedule a meeting it says we are only on Zoom Basic and can only have a meeting for 40 minutes if there more than 2 participants. Can you please assist to correct this as we often have meetings with 7 or 8 attendees. Thanks

Hello @jennyo ,

 

Login to your Zoom Portal, go to User Management | Users and make sure that you have assigned a license to the user in question.

I did that but it shows me I have 0 licenses available and that I have to buy more but I have already purchased the Pro license

Go to Account Managment | Billing.  How many licenses does it show you you have for your account?
