Something is trivial but there is a problem


I have an issue where there is no sound when the first encounter starts.
Close Zoom completely and reopen it so you can hear it again when you join a meeting. I've been through this situation a few times. When restarting, the speaker options are the same settings.
What is the cause of the problem?

Hey @k-drug, in the Zoom desktop client, in Settings, under Audio, you will see your Microphone and Speaker output. Please ensure the right inputs and outputs are selected here and in-meeting.


Also, in your Zoom settings, checkout your Audio and Video settings. We have the option in Audio  "Mute my mic when joining a meeting" which may be enabled.
