We are planning to integrate Zoom Meeting creation into our event creation process. A typical User (at a company that has licensed Zoom Meeting users) is scheduling simultaneous meeting time slots for other licensed Zoom Meeting users at their company. Should we setup Zoom Meeting authentication at the corporate (company's Zoom Admin account level) or at the Individual license user level (e.g., user would be asked to authenticate first time they schedule zoom meeting)?
This user needs the ability to schedule more than 2 simultaneous Zoom Meeting hosted time slots that will be hosted by other people (with Zoom Meeting licenses - as alternative hosts) to start those meetings. Can that be done if we set the authentication at the Zoom Admin account level?

@ITgirl6 Yes, if you login to the Zoom web portal and go to the Users management -> Users tab, you can click into each user and change their user settings on their behalf.

@ITgirl6 Can you clarify a bit more on what you mean by authenticate in this scenario?
The proper workflow here would be to give scheduling privileges from the hosting users to the needed scheduler. This way they can have those scheduled meetings hosted by their own account.
Having a single user schedule meetings and make other users alternative hosts is NOT the best workflow as our concurrent meeting rules are per each host/organizer. If a user is scheduling simultaneous meetings for other users but only making them alt hosts, eventually there will be an issue where a meeting can't be started or joined.
As far as authentication goes for account, that really falls on the login method you want those users to have. If you are wanting to manage it more restrictively, you can force SSO login for those users and manage that login and access from your IDP.

Thanks for the quick insight. Maybe this will help. Here is an example of one company - doing this type of scenario - I'm trying to understand why they have to set up the Integration from the Account's Zoom Admin account:

@ITgirl6 This integration isn't managed by Zoom, but was developed by Greenhouse. For questions on why their integration relies on admin permission, you will need to reach out to them.
At the end of the day it depends on the API calls they are utilizing for their integration and the needed permissions associated.

Thanks! Can a Zoom Account Administrator set up scheduling privileges for their licensed Zoom users so that it doesn't have to be done at the individual account level?

@ITgirl6 Yes, if you login to the Zoom web portal and go to the Users management -> Users tab, you can click into each user and change their user settings on their behalf.
