Hi, sometimes when I want to share a PP-presention, the slideshow mode is not visible to the participants. Sometimes when I start over, it works, sometimes it doesn't. What am I doing wrong? I have been using Zoom for 2 years and I feel that this has started to happen at the end. Thanks in advance!
I finally found a solution to my problem 🙂 I used to have an older version of Office and PP. In this I clicked in the slideshow menu just as I do when lecturing in a classroom. Now I have the latest version of Office365 and PP and in this you should apparently use the readingview-button. You can also use the slideshow menu button but it only works occasionally for some reason, which can create frustration when you have a lecture.
