Hi! I need help to cope with audio problem when I am shared other's screen.
I can hear what people say. but in case of music, I can't hear any sound.
When I try audio test in zoom, I can't also hear any sound.
This is my new laptop and it works well with other program besides zoom. plz help me.. what can I do for this?

The problem is when I try 'Audio Test', I can't hear any sound.
When I share my screen, it's okay. but when Others share their screen, I can't hear their music Sound(Talking sound is okay).
How can I deal with this?
It sounds like you may need to do some more troubleshooting for your computer's audio devices.
I would check to see if your default computer audio devices work in other apps, and then check and ensure that that it is also set within Zoom.
