Removing control icons

Hey, does anybody know how to customize/remove the icons for the controls at the bottom of the screen? Not all of them. I'd just like to remove the ones I don't use, so that I can make my screen smaller & still see the controls that I actually use.

"Currently not possible" ??   Are you kidding me?  Zoom developers have jammed in so many useless icons at the bottom (AI icon???) that they are starting to push the few useful ones off the screen.  Get a clue and start focusing on your users and not on what your stupid little developers want.
