Recording does not exist 3301

When I try to access a recording sent to me in an email as a link with a password it says recording does not exist 3301. does anyone know how to solve this? I have been receiving recordings in the same way for 2 years without an issue until today.

I found the answer in another thread, in case you can't find it check the Recordings Trash Bin. Here's the solution link:

To fix this error code you should perform these workarounds:

Check Available Space on Your Device.
Free up some space on your device if it is less.
Use meeting UID instead of the meeting ID.
Contact to Developer Forum.

Zoom would not be able to provide you access to a recording that is not on your account. If the page says the recording does not exist, it has likely been deleted by the host, but perhaps they have a newer recording of a different, more recent training

There are several threads on the same subject. This solution does not fit my issue. A link is sent from an Android phone to my iPhone and it does not work - "This recording does not exist." 3,301 After notifying the sender, it is resent using the same procedure and most times the second link, using the same procedure, delivers a working link.
