I have the $15 per month plan.
I would like to know how to get the zoom back end to kick up camera resolution to 720P or higher with a small number of participants.
My advanced settings are set to allow high quality video.
I understand its important to put the zoom app into full screen as well.
Do all participants need to be in full screen mode for camera video to kick up to 720 or 1080?
Do all participants need a paid account?
There are 3 to 4 participants on my recurring call, all on fast macs with fast connections
My stats window always says 320 x 640.
Screen share picks up to 1080
Sadly camera feed never exceeds 320x640
Would zoom consider a force 720 camera video feature?

1080p video is limited to business or enterprise contracts.
Using Group HD video – Zoom Support
Zoom optimizes the data in the video based on the state of the receiver. For example, if four videos are displayed in gallery view at the receiving end, the videos will be sent at 360p, since each video can only be displayed at a maximum of 360p, even if the display resolution is FHD.
If the receiver has a pinned view of one image, it would be able to display the video in 720p.

Thanks for your reply,
So if any one participant has one other pinned, the resolution would bump for that participant only?
I think i'm understanding.

Video is displayed in the optimal resolution within the limit of a maximum of 720p.

The link is great!
From there I see:

So how do I request 720 support for my pro account?
Thanks,
