Receiving "host will let you in soon" message when joining Teams meeting from Zoom Room.



We are having a strange problem when a user starts a Zoom Room meeting via the Zoom Room tap screen. The users in the Zoom Room see "host will let you in soon" message when attempting to join the meeting. The only way you can start the meeting is login to a laptop/phone, open the teams, app and allow the meeting to start. 

This is very inconvenient because many users do not bring their laptops to the meeting. Is there a way to remove this option?

The meeting is set on the Teams side so the Teams admin will need to remove the waiting room requirement. Please reach out to them.
